Skills Development Facilitation
Jesua Consultants compiles and submits Workplace Skills Plans (WSP) and Implementation Reports (IR) on behalf of clients to the relevant SETA’s. Workplace Skill Plans offer the employer the opportunity to claim training funds back from SETA’s via mandatory or discretionary grants.

Risk Assessment and Management
Risk management can be defined as the identification and evaluation of actual and potential risk areas as they pertain to the company as a total entity followed by a process of either termination, transfer, acceptance (tolerance) or mitigation of each risk.
